Colourful. Fully hardy, evergreen shrub with bright yellow foliage. The older growth has a pinkish tinge and is thought to be more hardy. Producing lilac flowers in Aug to Oct. Vigorous habit. Ideal for rockeries. Tolerates alkaline soil.
