Daily Schedule
Participants can get to Solstice by different means. Some use their own transport or get a lift. For others there is a meeting point where Solstice will collect you.
The meeting point is at the junction of Leggart Terrace and Deeside Brae (west end of Leggart Terrace). All participants that require collected by Solstice must be at the collection point by 9.30 am.
If you are unable to come to work due to sickness or for any other reason you MUST call the office before 9.30am and let us know, it is one of our rules, a general life lesson and an important part of learning to get back into work.
On arrival at Solstice, you can have a tea/coffee and then work begins at 10.00 am sharp, apart from Tuesdays and Wednesdays when we have 15 minutes of Mindfulness and getting moving. It is good gentle exercise and a healthy way to start the day.
Summer months:
Morning break is from 11.15 - 11.30 am there is tea and coffee provided.
Lunch is from 1.00 - 2.00 pm. There is a microwave on site along with crockery and cutlery however there is no food provided and you should bring your own lunch ie. a sandwich, a microwave meal, etc.
Afternoon break is from 3.15 - 3.30 pm.
Finish at 4.30 pm - you will be taken back to Leggart Terrace to make your way home.
During the winter months the start times are the same, however finishing times vary between 3.00 and 3.30 pm.
